No Christ, No Christmas

“For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.” (Isaiah 9:6)

Christmas is more than a festive season; it is the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ, the Savior of the world. Without Christ, there is no Christmas. He is the essence and foundation of this season, bringing hope, peace, and salvation to humanity.

The world may focus on decorations, gifts, and traditions, but as believers, we must center our hearts on Jesus. He is the reason for our joy and the source of our redemption. Christmas reminds us of God’s unfailing love, manifested in sending His only Son to bridge the gap between divinity and humanity.

Let this season be a time of reflection, gratitude, and sharing the love of Christ. Proclaim His name boldly, for His birth is the fulfillment of God’s promise to save and redeem.

Confession:
Lord Jesus, You are the reason for my celebration. I acknowledge You as the center of my life and the hope of the world. Thank You for coming into the world to bring salvation. I honor You this season and always.
