GOD’S PRESENCE, MY ETERNAL PORTION

📖 Theme Scripture:

“Whom have I in heaven but thee? and there is none upon earth that I desire beside thee.”
Psalm 73:25 (KJV)

There’s no greater treasure than the presence of God. The psalmist understood this when he declared that his only desire—both in heaven and on earth—was the Lord Himself. God’s presence is not something we merely visit; it’s our portion, our inheritance, our eternal dwelling.

When you have God’s presence, you have everything. His presence sustains, strengthens, and satisfies like nothing else can. You may lose possessions, friends, or opportunities, but if you have His presence, you can never truly lose. The wealth of the world fades, but the presence of the Lord endures forever—it is the believer’s eternal portion.

In His presence, the heart finds rest, the soul finds peace, and the spirit finds purpose. Moses knew this when he said, “If Your presence does not go with us, do not send us up from here” (Exodus 33:15). He understood that one moment with God outweighs a lifetime of human effort.

Beloved, learn to value His presence above all else. Don’t let the noise of the world drown out the stillness of His voice within. When you cultivate intimacy with the Spirit, you’ll discover that His presence is not just with you—it’s your very life, your portion forever.

CONFESSION

The presence of God is my inheritance and my eternal portion. I live, move, and have my being in Him. His glory fills my life with peace, power, and purpose. I am never alone, for the Lord is with me always! Hallelujah!

PRAYER

Dear Father, thank You for making Your presence my everlasting portion. In You, I am complete, fulfilled, and secure. May I walk in constant awareness of Your glory and enjoy the sweetness of communion with You every day, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
