When Love Becomes Worship
Scripture:
“Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.” (Deuteronomy 6:5, NIV)
Message:
True love for God goes beyond words; it becomes a lifestyle of worship. Worship is not just singing songs in church—it is the expression of a heart completely surrendered to God. When we love God deeply, our actions, choices, and devotion reflect that love.
Jesus said, “If you love me, keep my commandments” (John 14:15). Love and obedience go hand in hand. Worship is loving God through our obedience, our trust, and our daily surrender to His will. Every act of faith, every moment spent in His presence, and every decision made to honor Him is worship in its purest form.
When love becomes worship, we don’t just seek God in good times but remain steadfast in love through trials. We prioritize Him above all else, giving Him our time, talents, and resources. A life of worship is a life fully devoted to God.
Prayer:
Father, I desire to love You with all my heart, soul, and strength. Let my love for You be more than words—may it be seen in my worship, obedience, and devotion. Teach me to live a life that honors You in all things. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
