FROM HONOR TO INCREASE

“By humility and the fear of the LORD are riches, and honour, and life.”
Proverbs 22:4 (KJV)

In God’s divine order, honor is never the final destination; it is a gateway to increase. When God honors a man, He does so with purpose—to enlarge his capacity, broaden his influence, and multiply the results of his life. Honor positions you, but increase fulfills the reason for that position.

Honor in the Kingdom is an expression of God’s grace upon a life aligned with His will. It distinguishes a believer and sets him apart for greater responsibility. However, God does not stop at lifting you into honor; He follows it with increase—an increase in wisdom, effectiveness, favor, reach, and impact.

Throughout Scripture, this pattern is clear. When Joseph was honored before Pharaoh, increase followed and nations were preserved. When David was honored by God, his reign expanded Israel’s borders and established peace. Honor opened the door, and increase manifested the purpose behind it.

As a believer in Christ, you are not designed to rise only to be admired; you are raised to be productive. God’s honor upon your life activates divine supply for growth. What once required struggle now responds to grace, and what once seemed limited begins to multiply.

Understand this truth: divine honor attracts divine increase. When God lifts you, He also enlarges you. Your capacity grows, your influence expands, and your results become evident. You move from recognition to manifestation, from lifting to enlargement.

Therefore, walk in humility, obedience, and excellence. Receive God’s honor with gratitude and steward it with wisdom. Expect increase in every area of your life, because by God’s design, you are moving—from honor to increase.

Hallelujah!
