The Secret Place of the Most High
📖 Anchor Scripture:
Psalm 91:1 (KJV) — “He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.”
Message:
There is a place in God where safety, peace, and power dwell — it’s called the Secret Place of the Most High. It’s not a physical location, but a spiritual position of intimacy and communion with the Father. Those who dwell there do not live in fear, because they are hidden in God. They are covered under His shadow, secure from the arrows of the enemy and the storms of life.
To dwell in the secret place means to abide in constant fellowship with God. It is where your heart is aligned with His will, where your prayers are birthed in faith, and where your strength is renewed daily. Many visit this place occasionally through prayer, but God desires that you live there continually. When you make God your dwelling place, His presence becomes your environment — His peace your atmosphere, and His glory your shield.
In the secret place, revelations flow, burdens are lifted, and destinies are shaped. It’s where you are reminded of who you are in Christ and what has been made available to you. When you rise from that place, you no longer react to circumstances — you command them, because you’ve drawn power from His presence.
Beloved, don’t allow the noise of the world to pull you away from your secret place. Build it daily through prayer, worship, and meditation on the Word. That’s where direction is given, strength is restored, and victories are secured. Stay hidden in Him, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper.
Confession:
I dwell continually in the secret place of the Most High!
The Lord is my refuge and fortress; I am safe and secure under His shadow.
No evil shall befall me, and no plague shall come near my dwelling.
I live from the presence of God, and His peace governs my heart always.
Glory to God!
