Presence That Preserves
📖 “For He shall give His angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways.” — Psalm 91:11 (NKJV)
There is something extraordinary about the preserving power of God’s presence. When a man walks in divine presence, he becomes untouchable. The arrows that fly by day, the pestilence that walks in darkness, and the destruction that wastes at noonday cannot locate him.
God’s presence is not just a feeling; it is a shield, a fortress, a covering that keeps you safe from harm. When Joseph was thrown into a pit, sold into slavery, and cast into prison, the Bible says, “But the Lord was with Joseph.” That presence preserved him until he sat on the throne.
Beloved, never take the presence of God for granted. It is your life’s greatest security. It preserves your destiny from decay, your joy from corruption, and your peace from destruction. When God is with you, no evil can consume you.
Declaration:
The Lord is with me, therefore I am preserved. His presence surrounds me like a shield. No harm shall come near my dwelling, and every plan of the enemy is frustrated by the fire of His presence.
Prayer:
Father, thank You for Your preserving presence in my life. Help me to dwell continually in Your secret place and walk daily in the consciousness that I am covered. Amen.
