YOUR WORDS HAVE POWER
Scripture Reading
“Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.”
— Proverbs 18:21 (KJV)
Message
Your words are not ordinary—they carry power. The Bible clearly shows that life and death are in the power of the tongue. This means that what you say has the ability to influence your life, your circumstances, and even those around you.
God created the world through words. He spoke, and things came into existence. As His children, we also have the ability to speak words that shape outcomes. Your words can build up or tear down, encourage or discourage, create faith or spread fear.
Many people underestimate the impact of their words. Speaking negatively about your life, your future, or your situation can reinforce limitations. But when you speak in alignment with God’s Word, you release faith and position yourself for positive change.
Your confession matters. What you consistently say becomes what you begin to believe, and eventually, what you experience. Therefore, choose your words wisely. Speak life, speak faith, and speak God’s promises over your life.
Make it a daily habit to declare what God says, regardless of what you see. As you do, your words will begin to produce results that reflect His truth.
