Bridges Not Walls
Opening Scripture:
“Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.” – Philippians 2:3 (KJV)
Devotional:
One of the greatest keys to divine success is understanding the power of relationships. Some people unknowingly build walls with pride, bitterness, or unforgiveness, shutting out those God has positioned to bless them. But the Spirit of God is calling you to be a bridge builder—one who connects, reconciles, and fosters unity.
A bridge speaks of access, connection, and progress. When you choose to be a bridge, you become an instrument in God’s hands, linking others to opportunities, wisdom, and grace. Think about Jesus—He was the ultimate bridge between God and man, reconciling us back to the Father. In the same way, your attitude, words, and actions should open doors, not shut them.
Never allow offense, competition, or envy to make you erect walls around your life. Forgive quickly. Encourage others. Celebrate their victories. The hand of God moves mightily through those who value relationships. As you build bridges today, you’ll find new doors opening for you, and your life will become a channel of blessing to many.
Confession:
I am a builder of bridges, not walls. I am an instrument of peace, reconciliation, and favor. Through my words and actions, I connect people to divine opportunities and open doors of grace. My life is a channel of blessings to my generation.
