THE GOD WHO ANSWERS BY FIRE

…for the LORD thy God is a consuming fire, even a jealous God.

When God reveals Himself as the God who answers by fire, He is showing you His nature as the One whose power is unmistakable and whose presence is undeniable. Fire in Scripture represents judgment, purification, approval, and divine intervention. When His fire shows up, there can be no argument, no resistance, and no confusion — His Lordship becomes evident.

In 1 Kings 18, the prophets of Baal cried from morning till evening, but their god remained silent. Elijah prayed once, and the fire of the Lord fell, consuming the sacrifice, the stones, the dust, and even the water. That’s what happens when God answers by fire: He answers in a way that leaves no trace of the problem, no question about the outcome, and no doubt about who is God.

This same God is at work in your life today. He answers every prayer that aligns with His Word. He responds to your faith with fire — fire that destroys the works of darkness, purifies your path, and brings swift manifestation of divine results. His fire goes ahead of you, leveling mountains, dismantling strongholds, and establishing His glory in all that concerns you.

Child of God, refuse to fear. Refuse to be intimidated by delays or opposition. The Lord your God is a consuming fire; therefore, nothing can successfully stand against you. His fire is active in your home, your body, your destiny, your ministry, and your assignments. You’re unstoppable, unbreakable, and undefeatable because the God who answers by fire is your God!

The God who answers by fire is my God!
His fire burns in me and around me, consuming every work of darkness and establishing His perfect will in my life.
I walk in victory, boldness, and supernatural triumph.
His fire goes before me, perfecting all that concerns me and producing undeniable results.
