CROWNED WITH GLORY AND HONOR
“Thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour.”
— Psalm 8:5 (KJV)
God’s intention for man has always been glory and honor. From creation, He designed humanity to reflect His excellence, authority, and beauty. In Christ Jesus, this divine purpose is fully restored and perfected—you are crowned with glory and honor.
This crowning is not a future promise; it is a present reality. Through Christ, you have been lifted from shame, limitation, and insignificance into a place of divine dignity. Glory speaks of God’s manifested presence upon your life, while honor speaks of divine recognition and distinction. Together, they announce your identity in Christ.
The Bible reveals that Christ is the express image of God’s glory, and you are complete in Him. Therefore, the glory that rests upon Christ now rests upon you. This is why your life carries weight, your words carry power, and your presence produces impact. You are not ordinary—you are divinely marked.
Being crowned with glory and honor means you are authorized to reign in life. You walk with confidence, not arrogance; with authority, not fear. Wherever you go, God’s excellence is revealed through you. Men may try to ignore you, but divine honor announces you.
Live today with this consciousness. Refuse to think low, speak small, or act defeated. You are crowned—set apart, distinguished, and empowered by God. Let your life boldly reflect this truth: you are crowned with glory and honor.
Hallelujah!
