A Season of Holy Giggles
📖 Scripture:
“Our mouths were filled with laughter, our tongues with songs of joy. Then it was said among the nations, ‘The Lord has done great things for them.’”
— Psalm 126:2 NIV
There is a kind of joy that can only be described as holy giggles—a bubbling, irrepressible laughter that springs not from jokes, but from revelation. It’s what happens when your spirit catches a glimpse of what heaven has released over your life. It’s not just laughter; it’s prophetic joy.
This is not the kind of joy that waits for circumstances to align. No! This is the joy that flows from the wells of salvation (Isaiah 12:3). It is joy that begins in the spirit and overflows into your soul and body, filling your atmosphere with divine confidence. It is the Holy Spirit tickling your heart with the truth of what God has already done, is doing, and is about to do.
Holy giggles erupt when God turns your captivity, when favor speaks louder than opposition, and when miracles chase you down in unexpected places. It is what Sarah experienced when Isaac was born—after years of barrenness and waiting, she declared, “God has brought me laughter” (Genesis 21:6). It was joy born of divine intervention.
Beloved, this is your season of holy giggles! The days of heaviness are over. The garment of praise is upon you. God is giving you unexplainable joy in unbelievable places. It’s time to laugh again—not with sarcasm or defense, but with holy delight in a God who never fails.
Laugh in advance. Laugh in faith. Laugh in defiance of the enemy’s lies. Because the joy of the Lord is your strength, and your laughter is a declaration: “My God is too faithful to fail!”
🛐 Prayer:
Dear Father, thank You for flooding my life with supernatural joy. Thank You for turning my sorrow into dancing and my silence into songs of praise. I rejoice today because I know You’re working all things for my good. My laughter is loud, my praise is strong, and my joy is full. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
