DAILY GRACE DEVOTIONAL BY EVANG UBONG IFIOK

TUESDAY, MARCH 17TH
THE URGENCY OF THE GOSPEL
Scripture Reading
“And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.”
— Mark 1:15 (KJV)
Message
The message of the Gospel is urgent. It is not something to be postponed or treated casually. Jesus declared that the time is fulfilled and the Kingdom of God is at hand, calling people to respond immediately with repentance and faith.
Every day presents opportunities to share this life-changing message. People are searching for truth, peace, and purpose, often without realizing that the answer is found in Christ. The urgency of the Gospel reminds us that time is precious, and every moment matters.
As believers, we are entrusted with a message that carries eternal significance. This is not just information—it is the power of God that brings salvation. When you understand its importance, you become intentional about sharing it with others.
Do not wait for the “perfect moment.” The right time is now. Whether through a conversation, a kind gesture, or a word of encouragement, you can point someone toward Christ. The Holy Spirit will guide you and prepare hearts to receive the message.
Let the urgency of the Gospel stir your heart. Be bold, be compassionate, and be ready to share the hope that you have. Your obedience today can impact someone’s eternity.
